I remember seeing this vid a couple of times on Youtube from Tiktok and managed to find the actual video as opposed to the lower quality version that did the rounds. It seems to be a group of frat boys doing one of those ice bucket type challenges. Not only do pretty much all of them have nice feet, I also admire their sock game lmao:
