Like you, I did not expect his voice to sound the way it does based on his physical appearance. However, I don't think it diminishes his appeal. He sounds friendly, approachable, and unpretentious, and I hope that's what he's like in real life.

They get you to fill out a proforma so the ‘celeb’ can talk about the person the video is for e’g and it’s a novelty ‘gift’ / easy way for them to make money.
