Great stuff here, just going to mention a few of the first resources that come to mind:
ThisVid has a lot of videos and others looking for the same. Just do a search for "Superhero" and you'll come up with a bunch. I can leave a link to my profile there and my list of Favorited videos is a good place to start to find others. You may need to request access to other accounts private vids, but they're often worth it.
BrosFate has a few good CG image/comic series, Blue Justice and Heroes Fallen. Linked over to the Gumroad since their Patreon is a bit of a pain to navigate to get what you want.
Todd Fleming, another CG image creator, Gumroad is here. EbonArt is another.
If you're into fanfiction, there is actually some available on the Kindle store, though the quality can be hit or miss. Kyle Cicero, Ethan White, and the aforementioned Todd Fleming are authors there. GaySpiralStories have a lot of superhero stuff, though most pretty specific to hypnotism and related kinks. To me the best story of a dominated superhero is Superboy Defeated, a trilogy by ConnorKentMD81, very long, very detailed, very mean
If you aren't on Pixiv, I'd recommend it. Lots of creators there. Site is mostly in Japanese, but the English support is pretty good throughout. Searching "Defeated Superheroes" is a good starting place.

The first thing that comes to mind is the classic scene from Superman Returns where Lex and his thugs dominate Superman as he crawls through rocky puddles to escape, getting his suit completely wet and his hair disheveled. The only thing missing was his suit getting torn up at least a LITTLE bit from all that crawling and rocks, lol.

In this scenario, I imagine Superman's secret identity has been revealed early in his career (which is why he looks so young). He's been captured by the government for questioning and restrained in the middle of a press conference room by a metal collar and chain attached to the ceiling which are infused with just enough kryptonite to neutralize his powers to the point of a normal human, but without killing him.
He's on display in the middle of the room for the gang of journalists and photographers who are there to document every bit of the televised reveal of his secret identity. They photograph him first with his Clark Kent glasses on, and then remove them from his handsome, distraught face to demonstrate the difference between his secret identity as "Clark Kent" and his public identity as "Superman".

They're great, aren't they?? Unfortunately the artist whose name escapes me at the moment stopped making this kind of stuff. There's only part 1 and 2 which I posted in this thread
