Some Beast experiments. His fur often looks too long, soft, and fluffy, or too sporadically placed.
I was trying to go for the classic 90s Beast look, but the first several results were turning out a little too animalistic and too much like a grandpa:

These turned out with faces closer to what I was trying for, but it kept giving him scarring similar to Mystique in the movies:

The next 4 (especially the first one) turned out almost exactly as I wanted, with a younger, slightly more human face. I also decided to add a costume to hide some of the issues with the chest, like the scarring and inconsistent fur:

Some preliminary Human Torch experiments. It's hard to get a nice-looking, accurate image, and I'm not quite sure what to do with him yet. It kept making his body black, even though I was trying to get it white, but I guess he's often portrayed with black and orange colors.
