I saw him claim the other day that he's actually straight/gay4pay. If true, that makes him a straight dude making jokes out of HIV, even worse than a gay doing it. I'm kind of over him at this point.

His actions of asserting various sexual identities on TikTok are just to attract attention, just like the HIV story, he seems to like doing that. Not because Eastern Europe is 'homophobic' or family concerns, none of those theories I mentioned above, it's because getting likes has become fashionable on Tiktok in the same way as YouTube.
