I'm not saying anything to counter your experiences on whether or not it's him (doubtful anyone can confirm 100% either way), but I do want to point out the misconception on the "management team" being expensive.
You likely picture some high-end, boutique office of young 20-somethings for such a thing. However, that's not the case. Think more back office operation in some lower income country, with a few guys sitting around a computer farm. Likely one person who's paid pennies to manage not just Jakob's account, but countless others. He'll use scripted dialogue and fire off macros that expand to whole "sexy" statements. A "management firm" is not as sophisticated, nor as expensive as it might sound. It simply has to be some situation where a percentage payoff is worth the employee's time, often due to differences in income ranges geographically. It's the same reason so many places touting AI these days have been revealed to be the modern day equivalent of a mechanical turk. The going joke is AI = "Actually Indians".
It could be Jakob is managing his own account, and he's just as rude/dumb as one might imagine when writing to his followers on OF. However, the scenario that he's using a third party isn't at as implausible as one may think.

Just because he doesn't have the most followers doesn't mean he wasn't getting sent a lot of the silent sending FinDom muscle worship fetish people would just send him money and get ignored and or keep sending in hopes of just getting his attention. And he still gets random money on there and cashapp like not even for content. Speaking from experience

I feel like majority of his money was made in the DM's vs subscribers and posts and public tips. He knows he could make more he just doesn't want to.
