I’m digging the blonde...

Where did you hear this at?
So here's the tea on the entire Tanner, Quentin and Dylan situation. In the beginning of the summer they had moved in with Tanner to see how things would go doing that. Dylan first teased it on one of his YouNow streams and Tanner ultimately revealed it a bit later. From the get go the situation was experimental and everyone knew that. It was essentially The Ocean Mansion 2.0.

Things seemed to be going fine until one day, much to the surprise of both Quentin and Dylan, Tanner had issues with them living there and kicked them out. Apparently he thought that he would be their primary focus. But instead they were doing there own thing YouNow streaming and occasionally uploading YouTube videos. And apparently they were also spending too much time with their new girlfriends.

This first went public when Quentin suddenly did a stream where he said that he had moved out. He tried to make things seem O.K. but you could tell that he was kind of bitter. Dylan was just as surprised when Tanner dropped the bomb as he thought that everything was fine. On an unrelated note Dylan got scammed out of $2500 by a fake modeling agency. They sent him a cheque for $8000 and the bank made the funds available immediately instead of processing it for a few days like they usually do. The fake agency then asked him to send them back $2500 to cover the costs of a hairdresser and Dylan did. But later the cheque bounced and the bank said that the money had been taken from his account. The whole thing kind of fucked up Dylan's plans of moving out or going back to college.

Tanner has been pretty evasive about addressing the entire situation. He ignores questions about it on his Twitch stream and when asked if he'd ever make a video on the situation said no. I really think that Tanner is the asshole in this situation for kicking out Quentin and Dylan. He should have been much clearer in what he expected from them rather than making it seem like an arrangement where they could do whatever they wanted. And this isn't even the first time something like this has happened. The Ocean Mansion was the same scenario where his plans didn't work out as he had wanted them to and everyone had to leave in a hurry.

And there's also the fact that Tanner still probably has more than just platonic feelings for Dylan and Quentin so I wouldn't be surprised if his jealousy was partly due to him being sexually attracted to either of them in some way. All in all, he treated his friends badly and should apologize.

Glad I’m not the only one that posts the occasional novel. :p

All this rings true... the real lesson is NEVER LIVE WITH YOUR BEST FRIEND(S). Sucks to hear Dylan got scammed... that’s probably another thing that causes constant friction in their friendship, the money disparity... 2.5k is like the cost of a tune up for Tanner, but for Dylan that’s probably his life savings. Tanner’s friends are always gonna feel like 2nd class citizens because of the lifestyle difference, one of the sad trappings of celebrity.

And no doubt Tanner is jealous with their time and attention to their girlfriends. No idea what their arrangement was (I’m guessing rent free), but I bet part of it was he wanted them available to make content on his schedule—like you said, he should have made it clear before moving in.

On a side note, it looks like Tanner and his brother have been getting along and maybe even growing closer lately (I know they’re on the RV road trip to Cali at the moment)—honestly wouldn’t mind more Tristan content in the vlogs.
