Has anyone here had testicular implants for aesthetic purposes? There’s a doctor in Indiana that adds two large implants in front of the existing testicles to camouflage them. I was just looking to see if anyone here had gone that route? No I don’t have cancer this is purely for cosmetic reasons.

After years of being on TRT my balls have shrunken somewhat and ride high and tight. I brought up the idea with my UR doc and the response was a little cold. He did give me a prescription for HGC, but after about 6 months I saw zero effect. He believed it would help return size and allow them to hang slightly lower. The doctors may risk their practice and reputations by performing such enhancements for aesthetics.
To me, it seems like a simple in-office procedure. No more serious than a vasectomy, make a small incision insert the inflatable prosthetic, fill it to the max, and stitch up the incision. I've found nearly no info online and I'm thinking I must be in a very small group who want this.
There must be more to this, such as discomfort or other complications.

I’ve linked the page below. The doctor has more than a hundred before and after photos (you have to hunt around on the site) and the procedure is about $18k US. Some results are better than others.

Wow, people does all sorts of implants. Chest, arms, legs, abs.

It does seem there are plenty of people prepared to take money to pander to other people's vanity. Personally, I can see the point in having a prosthetic to replace a testicle lost to cancer or which needed to be removed for some other reason, but not to simply make my balls look bigger.
