So crazy. He also wanted $25 from me for that after promising a free video. Did you find that included with Sean's subscription?
As a follow-up, I got no response on my comment on Nick's X page, but I finally received a reply from the OF people. I'm sure it's just bogus canned language to all complaints, but it doesn't hurt to keep complaining. And I went back at them — maybe subconsciously I'm hoping they'll just ban me so I don't keep wasting money, but then how would they get my 10 bucks next month?
Anyway, I think it's worth just pushing back on this ridiculous nonsense when it arises. Communications below for those who haven't interacted with the OF automatons LOL....

This is a horrid decision unfortunately. Allowing creators to keep false-advertising for a quick buck is foolishly shortsighted. I used to subscribe so much (you should check how much I used to subscribe). Now I barely do because you allow your creators to just scam, scam, scam their fans. You offer no transparency on what we will actually receive after payment, then let creators do whatever they want like bankrupt Nigerian romance princes running wild on bad dating sites. You must at some point accept responsibility when creators offer the moon then provide a radioactive barrel of feces and poison once they have a few bucks in hand.
Anyway, that's all beside the point here because I don't understand how you could have sagaciously arrived at this decision when you must blatantly see this advertised in his account intro:

First off, he doesn't give access to anything on his wall as that might imply to the sound of mind. Everything is PPV. But even if you accept that scamming behavior in its strictest etymology, I have been rendered no longer able to contact him via chat to purchase any of said videos, so he has cut off my ability to see the content he promised. By doing so, he has violated his terms of service and needs to forfeit the subscription fee. (Additionally he promises in his intro before you subscribe that if you have renew set to on that he will send you any video you want. But all you receive is a few minutes of footage and a $25 charge to view the full video. My pointing out this egregious betrayal of the pornographer-voyeur covenant is what incurred his blocking, by the way. If they are allowed to get away with this, it's in the letter of your scam-pacifying terms of service and not in the spirit of good business practices.)
I do entreat you to reconsider this unfortunate decision. It's a very small fee, but a matter of principle against scammers like this Nick (he may be a gay guy, but he's no good guy in this matter). I have had expensive packages not delivered or ruined and Target and Amazon will refund immediately because they value my years of being a good customer, yet you willfully stand against a meager $5 fee for these charlatans who are not providing the quite-literal package they promised. There are a few good creators left here (very few alas), but Nick and his ilk give love — or at least sweaty, semen-drenched lust — a bad name.
