Actually no one “needs” to tell you to enter the contest. If you found someone that can measure their dick properly and it’s 10 inches then you can go from there. 1. Unless you post the actual video, there is nothing to prove that it isn't a photoshopped screenshot
2. Even as a video, there are lots of tricks that can be used to stretch the image in one direction (vertically, in this case).
3. Even if it is a legit screenshot from a legit video, it still isn't 10 inches.
