I know we're having supply chain issues due to Covid and lack of delivery drivers and the cost of fuel and goodness knows what all else, but I've yet to see the school supply shelves in WalMart, etc. without all sorts of hard rulers in stock. In various pretty colors too!

They're essentially two dimensional anyhow, so you could toss one on a flatbed scanner and be halfway there. From what I can tell, their usual attempts at that are that same old yellow Jack Napier ruler and maybe one other well known one.
