I would have said that his measurement is probalby legal, as he doesn't start from the bottom. So in my opinion there's a bit of slack to cut him.
When I measure with a tape compared to a ruler, the tape usually gives out a 1 cm more or so, so I'd figure that if he puts it at his base with a ruler and does bone-pressed (did I use that word right?) he would still come out at 23 or so - which still is the biggest measurement I have ever seen.

This is nice to know. About you and how you measure.
However, it has absolutely no bearing on this thread.
This thread has very specific measuring requirements. One of them is a hard ruler; no tapes. You mentioned why.
Another requirement is standing up to measure with a hard ruler on top of the penis. Lightly bone-pressed. Lightly being the operative term.
This is what seems to be keeping all those claiming to have or know someone with 10-inches (and even longer in some claims) from collecting the $10K.
I've lost count of how many who claimed to meet or know someone who does meet the thread requirements suddenly be unable/unwilling to measure in accordance with the thread.
Seems they can't find a hard ruler. No camera (this is just laughable, since they are most likely posting from their phone!). Don't need the money. The contest is not real (it is!). The 10-inch cock owner is sleeping. You name it, we've pretty much run the gamut of why nots when claimants are pushed to put up or shut up. Many don't even return to the thread.
I suggest we get back to the thread topic, which is NOT about posting pics or talking about those peni which are not 10 inches. Many not even close. Yet the madness continues...
The start point isn’t the problem. The problem is that the tape is further away from the camera lens than the top side of his dick, making the tape seem slightly smaller than it really is. Because a penis has thickness and the tape is flat, this pushes the top side of his penis slightly closer to the camera than the tape, making it seem bigger in comparison.
I don’t think in his case it’s adding some crazy amount, but it’s a factor to keep in mind. He also looks to have a slight curve that he isn’t straightening out, so that could cancel some of that out if he were to do that.
Bonus points though for cumming when measuring!
And bonus points for having the guts to still refer to himself as peter10inch during these challenging times. Maybe "peter9.5inch" was already taken.

Fair point, but I disagree somewhat. The ones who aren’t even close or are trolls, etc. I agree. But I think it is both useful and on topic to discuss the measurements in the top rung even if they are not 10”. As I feel the point of this thread isn’t just to find a 10 incher (even though that may be the primary objective), but an ancillary objective is to also paint a picture of reality and the maximum proven sizes.

I have no issue with the thread meandering as you describe. Many threads do.
But not like some Member's posts made here knowing the content they post(ed) is/was not germane to the thread topic when they posted it.
Like the Member I was replying to. How she measures? Who cares; not germane to the thread. All that does is confuse new visitors to the thread who haven't read the thread and aren't familiar with the thread's specific measuring requirements. Then the "why can't we use a tape" posts will start.
Best to address that and remind folks what the thread is about. Which I did in this case.

The posts I referred to is an example of why the thread is so long; hundreds of posts made with no bearing on finding that elusive "Big Foot" 10-inch penis. Showing off. Claims without any proof. The naysayers.

To be fair, I’m not sure I’d use him as an example as I’d assume he’s at least using ED drugs like the vast majority of performers and maybe even stuff like injections too. Something at least. I’m with your overall point though, I’m not sure how much size really plays a factor in EQ. Would be interesting to see studies on it.
