I’m usually a bit torn when I look at these type of threads.

On one hand, do I want to see all of these guys who claim they have/ have seen guys this size to be exposed? Definitely.

OTOH, do I want this garbage myth to keep going? Personally, no. But at least it might help to educate the completely left-in-the-dark general public about imbecilic size claims.

As for the terms - they were set at

1. Living human male
2. Unaltered natural cocks only - no surgery, pumping, silicone, etcetera
3. Anyone can apply - amateurs and professionals
4. Correctly measured nbp length only - that's no photoshopping (MrShadow1n), fake rulers, etcetera
5. Potential winners might be asked for in person verification if I'm in doubt.

As for #2 - as several have mentioned, not all PE is noticeable. However obviously enhanced cocks (e.g. blue cocks from pumping) is not allowed. SDP was honest about it but it isn't visible, so he's not disqualified.

As for #4 - while I agree BP is the most uniform way to measure, I still want to see both the 0 and the 10 on the ruler. Whether this allow for a little pressing I don't know - but both digits must be visible.

#4 continued - a second issue with all the faking going on (not just MrShadow1n and the shadowy accounts), besides providing a measurement picture, I might ask for one or two comparison pictures with household items just to reduce the risk of running into a good Photoshop (perhaps even one with shadows).

I think high resolution video clip should also be a stipulation, personally. I know it can still be tampered with, but with photos, it can get nearly impossible to decipher at this point. Way too easily manipulated.

A couple of ideas to make it harder to cheat while allowing anyone to participate.

I suggest that a potential winner be requested to make himself available and willing to submit photos with a specific add-in within a short time period like 10 minutes. In other words a measurement photo with a handwritten sign saying something specific, or some other means of proving the photo was just taken. This would make Photoshop more difficult as that typically takes some time.

Regarding BP/NBP, perhaps a clear video, (none of that fast movement short gif BS that MrShadow does) that shows all of the ruler before measuring would allow a BP measurement while proving the ruler hasn't been shortened.

The thing is, if a guy is truly 10", none of this is difficult. If someone says, "send a measurement photo with a piece of paper with a random word on it in 20min", or "take video showing the entire ruler and then do your BP measurement", that's not asking a lot for a $10,000 check.

Totally agree that all the fakers ruined it for everyone. False hope, increased scrutiny, and lots of cynicism. Thanks, asses....

If you can't determine within any reasonable amount of accuracy the actual range of size of the human penis, how are you going to tell me that 90% of the time you can't visually see PE. There is no way you can back that up. Again, go into the PE forums, check out the pictures and let me know how often you can tell.

Saying "natural" in front of PE doesn't really mean anything. It's just like the steroids point brought up earlier. There is a very blurry line between what is natural and what is not. Why would you consider something like stretching natural and something like pumping, for example, not natural. You might have some definition in your head, but I guarantee it doesn't match with the definition in most peoples heads.

Either way, you're just stating your opinion. And your opinion is irrelevant in this thread. TinyPrincess said no PE, so there's no PE, it really is that simple. If you want to include PE then put your own $10,000 on the line and start your own thread.

Agreed. That's why I've opened for the option to do it in private without any postings here. I know it will be a bummer for most here, but it allow guys to apply without seeing their pictures all over the internet.
