I thought this was rel for a moment, as I was reading I was about to plan a fall trip to the Czech Republic lol. You are right that the previous porn stars of the last 5 years or so had extremely short careers. The porn stars of the 2000s had lasted form 2003-2010 to 2008-2017. But guys who started a porn career in 2018 seem to barely last into 2019, even if they had spread to every studio known to man in the Czech republic.

To me it's (which might sound stupid) it's the deterioration of storytelling. Porn is fantasy and fantasy has to be built from something - it might be very subtle, but it has to be there.
