I imagine that if they have been removed from the web it would be for some infraction with the payment gateway (which prohibits certain actions in the scenes) and forces the web to eliminate them or suspend the charges.

Well, RandyBlue was a special case. As far as i remember the owner sold the company (i guess sales got down that he choose so), and then they just stopped everything.
