I've got a submission pending at Literotica already, not sure what kind of lead time to expect.

I never would have though of CYOC or CHYOA as this isn't really "interactive" fiction. But you did remind me that CYOC has a story submission section. (I think it's less popular than the interactives, and it requires an account to view, but I made a submission there now.) I also shoehorned a version into the CHYOA system. It's pending approval, and it's possible it will be rejected based on their criteria, but it can't hurt to take a shot.
