I love this show very dearly, but they are kinda exaggerating some characters for the last 2 seasons. Ian can’t just be bipolar, he went full psychotic with the gay jesus thing, Carl is either a complete psycho and a criminal or is a deboted soilder and nothing more and don’t even get me started with Debbie. I miss the old days when everyone used to be three dimensional people. Luckily Lip and Fiona are getting a fair treatment. Let’s hope we get to see Jeremy’s beautiful boddy or Cameron’s juice ass

Wow... I disagree

Ian is dealing with the repercussions of that now and is grounded...
Carl is saving dogs from being put down, after he started his own rehab for humans so he has more depth than you suggest.
Debbie and her lesbian moment showed us a side of society we tend to brush over...the wannabee
Lip just became a hero by dropping his life savings on a kid that wasn't his and that he lost.
Fiona is a bitch right now, but is learning on her last season. And her bf Ford is a hot Aussie handful.
Liam is a gem so far this season and is the good Gallagher if there ever was one.

This show still pulls me in and I havent seen a bad season. It is some of the best writing on TV.
