Its pretty easy to add a vapid comment instead of bumping because some people like to point out that it’s against the rules. Just say “hot”
Saying "HOT" if not to a hot Pic is just as useless as saying bump.
no... both are useful because they put the thread back at the top of the list and reminder people watching the thread of the thread’s existence. In that way, content is more likely to be posted.
