Idk about older but definitely developed. It happens to most tall people who lift. He was also in the military that might have added years (and wrinkles to his skin because of sun damage). And hair loss isn’t helping lol.
And Lifting just makes you look more mature in general. Not necessarily aging you but the peak developed version of you faster esp if you’re younger. The good thing is lifting will keep you at that peak longer than not lifting. So in a sense, in a long run anti-aging.
You may look 25 to 28 at 22 or 19 but when you finally reaches 28. There’re won’t be much of a difference that’s what I meant because lifting generally fast track most people to a more mature version of them faster, but it won’t actually age them. You will probably still look 28 even if you’re 38 as long as you keep being healthy. Whereas most people will start to see the effects of aging by that point despite maybe looking younger at 22 compared to you.
