It happens once in a blue moon but even among the ones that lasted long term, they usually left the business, as it's hard to maintain a relationship if you're both still active in the industry.
Only current ones I can think of are Ricky and Johnny Donovan aka Asher & Deacon from Sean Cody.

Alex is still in the business (barely), and obviously Carter left it.

I believe Ricky has retired, only Johnny is still active and who knows how much longer that will be once he and Ricky marry.
I will say their relationship likely survived where Clark and Jake's didn't is that they were older when they started and thus more likely to be able to handle the business/relationship more then if they were younger.
Will say Clark seems to be doing okay so far post break up, let's hope that continues.
