You understanding of the English language and the fundamentals of the laws of many countries, including the one you live in, is tenuous and almost nonexistent. Why are y’all arguing over immigration status? Lmao there’s nowhere in the country where you have to be a citizen to get the vaccine and especially not NYC. He was slow walking it because he’s young and was getting tested all the time I’m sure and it was a miscalculation.
i asked solely because in portugal(where i live) we need to sign up for the vaccine using our national health service number(it's a number everyone has on the back of their citizen card). so i asked about if an immigrant/foreigner could just go get the vaccine in the u.s, because that wouldn't work here
Here some places require some form of ID but even that’s not everywhere. Excluding non-citizens seems a really shitty way to go about public health, considering they’re often in the most public facing jobs.

i guess you weren't paying attention to what was being said by the teachers during the scene. max sent that to gossip girl, definitely as retaliation for rafa spreading the sti rumor and for trying to hook up with max's dad as revenge, but rafa had been given access to the gossip girl account, so when he saw the dm he deleted it
