In addition, I already bought a video bundle from him last August and there are at least 10 or 12 videos in common between the two bundles (out of 15 videos).

I wrote to him in the chat explaining the situation and he basically told me to subscribe to his OF and he will send me the video with Fabio.

So I already paid $25 for a falsely advertised bundle, and now I need to pay more for the video that was advertised ? What do you guys think ? To me, these are scamming tactics and I don't want to give in. I guess it will serve me as a good lesson.

I almost hesitate to report this to OF honestly...

Update : he ended up sending me the video of him and Fabio after my last message where I told him he had done false advertisement, that I didn’t like his commercial tactics and that I wouldn’t buy anything from him anymore.

You will just waste ur time reporting anything to OF. They will answer they just provide the platform, that any agreement is between you and the "creator" (performer), regardless of how deceiving his bundles could be... u were gullible, and u paid, zero reimbursements (they will make you read the terms) ... and any problem is on you for being "a fool" (they basically answered that to me). Been there, so that's what would happen.
