I have been considering getting either the PMMA filler or maybe a fat injection. But I am worried about what the results would be like later. I have seen people on different forums show pictures from a week or a month later. But what about MANY years later? Lets say you get a PMMA injection in your shaft and it goes well. What would it be like 10 years later?

Has anyone here gotten their glands / head injected? I have seen some videos of this getting done and I wonder what the specific side effects are with doing PMMA on the head if anyone has experience with that inparticular.

Also, what about fat injection? Which one is the safer option? I would not want to end up with a "lumpy" or misshapen dick.

And lastly, lets say you get the PMMA filler or the fat injection and something does go wrong. Is it fixable later with surgery? Meaning can they undo it?

I already have a fairly large penis. 8 length and 5.9 girth. I would like to get my girth to around 6.5-6.8
and have the head enlarged a bit. How possible is this for people with experience?

I would avoid fat injections. They aren't known for longevity and ultimately end up leaving a man misshapen. I don't know much about PMMA.

I had Dr. Loria's percent procedure using Silikon 1000. Shafts and gland. I had three procedure in. First one went well. Second one did not. Led to blistering, two hospitalizations from serious infections, then the need for a third procedure (which I had recently) for corrections. After about a year and a half post second procedure I developed lumps, bumps, cysts, and lost about a half inch of girth which I was not supposed to lose.

I do, however, recommend Loria's procedure, but with a lot of caution. With your penis the size it already is, you'd be fine with one procedure to get a girth of 6.5. I currently have a girth of 6.7, but it took took the first two procedures to get there as I began with about 4.5.

I can't say how long your shape would last. Some guys report the Loria procedure holds strong after a decade. I'm only two and a half years in and I did lose girth and had complications and became misshapen, but I'm told my case was rare and that it represents only a small percentage of people.

Can you get PMMA after you have had Loria’s technique? Or is it once you’ve done Loria you have to stick with it?

Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) injections are a type of dermal filler that can be used to enlarge the penis. The goal of PMMA injections is to add volume and encourage the body to produce collagen, which can lead to a fuller penis. PMMA (polymethyl-methacrylate) fillers contain about 20 percent of tiny PMMA microspheres that are suspended in 80 percent purified collagen gel. A few months after it is injected, the collagen gel breaks down and your body produces its own natural collagen to fill out the space under the skin.

Loria uses glorified silicone. PMMA and it don't play well together.

PMMA and HA are absolutely compatible and some docs, such as the ones at Rejuvall, encourage HA first for a variety of reasons.

And in answer to the thread topic, I've had PMMA since 2019 and also a large volume of HA added as well. Zero issues aside from the size. The user above, gsxr, was actually one guy I read about while he was doing it years ago and led to me deciding it was safe enough for my comfort level.

43 days and the color has finally changed. It light numb burn to the touch is gone. I was able to have sex for 20min. The wife loved the added 1.9 inch girth and half inch length. Immediately her eyes lit and I slide. She orgasms a lit fast now as well.
