No. Circumcision is only a religious thing in europe for the jewish and muslim people. Christians don't practice that over here. In america it's done because religious freaks in the 1800s thought it'd prevent guys from masturbating, and then people just kept doing it to this day, although it's slowly falling out of practice in the u.s, with it being even rarer in canada
