Personally I could care less what his sexuality is. In my happy place, he and Harrison are boyfriends. Is that real? Who knows but probably not. Will that stop the fantasy? Not at all.

I would never mention that fantasy to him if I met him, nor am I in a profession where that opinion could reach him. And frankly, if he’s on this board and reads it (hi Tom) I hope he would know that no malice is intended. I just think his relationship (whatever it is) with Harrison is super cute.

One thing I will never understand, though, is the people who are fine with assuming that someone is straight but if you even dare to speculate that they might be even a touch more fluid then they absolutely lose their shit. Dating a woman does not mean that you are 100% straight. Dating a man doesn’t make you 100% gay. And not everyone is a completely open book about things that are admittedly no one else’s business

He says he's straight, a section of the LGBTQI+ community say he's lying and he's secretly gay. The mainstream media, be it liberal or conservative, run a story saying there is a section of our community saying he's gay but he's saying he's not. People who are already anti-LGBTQI+ then latch onto it and blow it out of all proportions and suddenly all members of the community are monsters as we want to turn everyone gay. It's not as far off as you might think. Now the story would be a slow news day but I've seen stranger things covered on "news" programmes.

(Personally don't care if he's gay or not, there is nothing wrong with looking at something and think they are attractive. If he's in the closet forcing him out is not fair though and if he's not gay hoping he is is a different beast all together.)

It's really annoying Hollywood will just ignore specific wishes like this. Twice, as well, given a year ago it was announced Jamie Bell would be playing him in a biopic for Amazon.

Apparently Tom hasn't read the script. Said Amy Pascal still has it. So makes you wonder why he's signing on to projects when he hasn't read the script.
