I mean, quite possibly, yeah. But imposing the expectation that he needs to be dating someone is kind of weird. He seems to be a smart young guy who's been busy as hell the past couple years. It's entirely reasonable he just hasn't met anyone he wants to date.
Or he and Harrison are gay for each other. Who knows.
If they are then I think it's the coolest thing ever that they are going about their lives without any big statements or being afraid to be seen together. Who knows, all I think I'd that Tom seems like a genuinely lovely guy.

Makes sense. He is a young actor working for Disney. They wouldn’t like him showing his assets while working for them.
it's not just disney tho. all superhero related things seem to do it. for example, on the cw's flash, grant has a scene where all of barry's clothes burn off, all that's left are some really baggy boxer shorts. on supergirl, chris wood has a scene where he's getting dressed, wearing baggy boxer shorts
