reading the Original text it does not seem that way I am afraid none of the words one expects to be used (like some of the words uses with Achilles and patroclus) and remember up untill very recently men shared a bed as a gestured of trust. maybe the producer will do something but do not hold your breath

What do you base it on that Nolan is a homophobe? He specifically mentioned Brokeback Mountain as part of why he cast Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight.

He (and Bale) repeatedly said that they didn't want a Robin in their movies to avoid comparison with the previous Batman films. It was clear that they feared or disliked any possible homoerotic reading of their movies. And don't tell me about the fake token "Robin" in Dark Knight Rises...
But is it REALLY necessary to make another movie based on it? There are at least five previous versions, both theatrical movies and TV series, and another one has just been released!

Okay so because I don't pay attention to this kind of thing normally I have just now caught on that Tom Holland and Zendaya's relationship is considered a beard or something for one or both of them especially Tom? So where are these rumors coming from and have they been confirmed about him being gay and in the glass closet or whatever? Someone help me out here. Please and thank you. Are there any related pictures? Like is he seen with the same guy all the time? Etc
I’ll help you out: every famous guy is rumored to be gay, and their girlfriends or wives are always rumored to be beards. Firstly because it’s wishful thinking, and secondly because people like to gossip. Occasionally there is actual substance to those rumors, but rarely. There is nothing to suggest this is the case for Tom or Zendaya
In Tom's case in particular, he has consistently said that he's very anti-celebrity and not interested in that world, skips red carpet events and awards unless he contractually has to go, so it's even more unlikely that his relationship is some big cover up performance thing. If he was going to be with a guy, he'd just be with a guy, because he wouldn't care whether the press/public liked it or didn't like it etc. He'd just do whatever. Everything he ever says about fame etc makes him one of the least likely people to be bearding it up.

as for tom, lots of people just don't buy that he's straight, especially due to his closeness with his former roommate/assistant harrison oesterfield, who kinda disappeared from tom's shadow once tom started getting too big and now they're never seen together
Not really true. He'll attend some rando events if he gets paid. Like he and Z went to India last year for some gala hosted by a billionaire and walked the red carpet. You know those two aren't flying all the way to India unless they're getting paid to attend.
