I think some guys push themselves too extreme. I just cant see how having such little body fat like that is healthy for you. Surely there is a healthy balance between muscle growth and body fat and I think some guys go past that. He does look skinny on the face that it looks unhealthy considering how hollow and dark the skin is around the eyes and sunken on the cheeks. It's like everything they eat is being burned away from working out which again...surely is over working the body. I had a personal trainer once that said roughly along the same lines. He always said dont over do on the fat burning etc

He used to have some baby fat so his ass was so nice. Now it’s jus pure lean muscle and flat.

Well vegans can still get all the protein and goodness meat eater can. (Our diet is suppose to be more veg than meat) My friend turned vegan last year and shes still super healthy and eats well....I just think its him over doing it and thinking he is super healthy or something

He's a hot guy but if he didn't have muscle he would look so frail and be assumed to have an eating disorder (I am not suggesting he has one). That low body fat percentage is very unhealthy, his eyes also look dark and sunken. I get that the lower body fat percentage you have, the more definition you can see but that doesn't make it attractive. Hopefully this is temporary and he has 'shredded' for a competition.
