I have been a long-time fan of TOMMY DEFENDI & I knew he had retired but wasn't aware of all the other .
He could be denying his love of Gay sex because he found God.
I had a similar thing happen with one of my best friends from my college years. Until then, myself, him and Ty were inseparable, then TY & I would always tell our mutual friends that "JESUS STOLE MY FRIEND" lol.
Many "ex" Gay men when they find Religion, attempt to deny their past, as well as their current desires, choosing instead to "Pray The Gay Away"
We all saw DEFENDI in his scenes & he was always genuinely effusive about his passion in the performances.
He is not that good of an actor, but was one of the best porn stars, ever since I first saw him on EBD. Another hot scene is with him and John Magnum.
He does it all & does everything well without pretense.
I saw his Wife in a previous post and the two of them remind me of the couples in the adverts for EHARMONY where they would desperately attempt to feign chemistry, mostly to no avail. (If you have not seen them, look them up for a good laugh)
One of my favorite scenes is his flip/fuck scene from INTRIGUE with another "Straight" Actor, LEO GIAMANI .
I hear TOMMY has not done any movies since retiring, but according to his BIO on GEVI he has been in 6 Films since 2015, But I think they may be compilations.

He was always better looking in person maybe it was his charisma at least he was to me who spent a lot of time with him
It's sad when ppl find God then denounce things about themselves because a fake religion told them its bad. He was a great performer, had several great scenes (the Leo giamani one, the scene where he was a groupie to a former college roommate ect) we need more proud and out bi men out there who fight THE stigmas instead.
I feel bad for the man he was engaged to for a time that he wasted a couple of years with him but glad he was able to dodge a bullet in the long run.

he really did, he was a fashion designer, and they lived together for 2 years before getting engaged. I have no issue with religion but dont in the words of one of my favorite anime characters "Dont forsake yourself" and deny who you are. I had a close friend do the same thing and we havent talked in years even had the nerve to call me unholy even though he loved dick more than I do.
I think Tommy's dislike of the porn work he did ended up with him hating being gay altogether.
Thus his leaving his hubby to be and claiming that he was never gay and has been "saved" by religion.
Oh well, it's his life.
I just hope his former fiancé has been able to move on from what happened and has found happiness with someone else.

same he seemed like a really nice guy always inspiring others as well on social media who wanted to get into the fashion industry
I would say so given that it appears to how Tommy looks now.
