in the instance where someone 3 months away from adulthood chooses to knowingly pursue an older person and conceal their age just to abuse the situation it’s not the same. that is predatory behavior, not falling victim to the scheme

I recall it being called “private” for a reason. James didn't want a drawn-out case in the public eyes full of slander and lies.
Also, he didn't admit to it. He said he was desperate to find someone and clowns kept hitting him up baiting him. His depravity and desperation led him to talk to just about anyone and he fell for the bait attempts not vetting good enough.
You know when people settle cases privately, it’s still all over the news, right? You realize settling a case privately doesn’t mean there was no misconduct, right?
