I wonder why he doesn't just be done with her and move on. This is sad bc impeded breath/circ means Impeding Breathing or Circulation Domestic Violence. So he basically choked her out. Did he graduate high school or does he suffer from mental illness? Like is he a little slow? I never understood how people can lack the ability to understand the consequences of heir actions or the ability to think ahead. Is prison life glorified these days bc so many aren't afraid of going there for decades. I've watched a few documentaries and videos online of what it's like to be in prison and its enough to make me want to never break to law and end up there. Hes weird bc he could easily stop what he's doing and choking women out.
