That's at the upper end in my world too I think mine is pretty close to yours. But that 2 1/4 at the base adds some resistance! It's really fun and a great way to "stay in shape" for any possible encounters...

It's a Gianni "Vamp" silicone dildo. It's 2" x 9" long. They are discontinued now. I think Tantus has one called the Vamp as well but it's a bit smaller. It feels great.
