I would like for him to come out of the closet or at least talk about having a girlfriend. lolI'd love to see him & Luke Mcfarland or whoever in one of those shitty low budget made for tv erotic thrillers. But like a gay version. That'd be so hot. Why can't we get that? It's 2024.
I'm a bit disappointed, he left Hallmark and joined The Great American Family network. Since he's always been an advocate for gays and against bullying I was surprised he joined such a closed minded networkI would like for him to come out of the closet or at least talk about having a girlfriend. lol
I haven't followed Trevor for a long time, but he must be really short of alternatives to join in a place I think is very conservative (and single-issue)I'm a bit disappointed, he left Hallmark and joined The Great American Family network. A network that, right at the start, was promoted as being a place where only certain families were considered real and acceptable. There's been several people who went there that I found to be very disappointing. Trevor was one of the more surprising ones.I don't know if I'd be able to enjoy watching anything on a network that wants to pretend like gay people don't exist.
I see your point, but Trevor needs to pay his bills.A network that, right at the start, was promoted as being a place where only certain families were considered real and acceptable. He should've stuck with Hallmark or Lifetime.I see your point, but Trevor needs to pay his bills.
I've really enjoyed the films he's made for GAF, and the quality of that network's content over Hallmark in general. I've yet to watch anything on GAF that disparages gay folk, so I've not personally observed what you're accusing them of. Granted I haven't watched everything they've put out, so perhaps I've missed something. That said, I've been quite happy that Trevor and quite a few of the Hallmark people went over. Now if they'd poach Luke MacFarlane, then I'd never have to turn on Hallmark again.I don't know if I'd be able to enjoy watching anything on a network that wants to pretend like gay people don't exist.
It's not so much that it disparages gay folk so much as pretends like they're non-existant.I've yet to watch anything on GAF that disparages gay folk
Exactly. Hallmark is well known for having numerous actors stick around long term. Many end up moving into directing and producing eventually. He should have stayed there. He should've stuck with Hallmark or Lifetime.
That's the deal he made with GAC, whose management used to be at Hallmark. In exchange for signing a contract, Donovan gets producer credit and has been promised projects for causes that he is interested in. And it's been a more steady source of income.Exactly. Do we know that for certain? Thanks from the future!I thought that was his stunt double
And all he had to do was sell out to an inferior network run by people who think certain groups of people don't deserve equality. I mean really, these are the people that lost their shit over a commercial in which two women kissed so briefly you could miss it if you blinked. That's the deal he made with GAC, whose management used to be at Hallmark. i'd freak out over two women kissing too. ick.And all he had to do was sell out to an inferior network run by people who think certain groups of people don't deserve equality. Here's what I don't get about all of these complaints: there's 2 American cable channels dedicated exclusively to LGBT content. There's very few HBO or Netflix shows produced for western audiences that doesn't have at least one LGBT character. Hallmark does at least one LGBT-themed holiday romance movie every year. And all he had to do was sell out to an inferior network run by people who think certain groups of people don't deserve equality. I mean really, these are the people that lost their shit over a commercial in which two women kissed so briefly you could miss it if you blinked.
Love itHe also doubled for Paul Walker in a nude scene in the movie TAKERS:
