In a video on his YouTube channel he took a purity test and he answered `Yes` to "Have you had period sex?"and " Have you had anal sex?" so that at least covers women and opens the door to men. The most interesting thing he mentioned twice in the video was that he `Has been impregnated, but hasn't impregnated anyone else.`

It does not really confirm anything but definitely makes the mystery more interesting, in my opinion.

That’s where I think the media training takes over. He saw engagement with his male audience was low or negative on those and since he likely posted it to boost engagement, and not really because he was looking for a girlfriend, he stopped.

I think he still has genuine body issues. He keeps focus on his face, chest, and arms because he’s still self conscious of his stomach but he is getting better on SC about just letting it hang out.

I agree on the tattoos, but that seems to be just common with anyone in his general age group. I have to point out, some of the "scarier" looking ones he has aren't as scary if you know context. The chains and rings tattooed on his hand are a recreation of a design for a character in Hunter X Hunter, a boy's anime.
I get the impression he has some body issues, or a certain level of modesty. I like his body though. Could imagine being thrown around by him in bed like I weigh nothing.
