having a sex life and posting amateur porn on the internet are hardly the same thing. how employees present themselves publicly is a company's business bc it can reflect badly on them and their reputation. an employer shouldn't care whether he likes to get gangbanged at Folsom but a corporate job at a Fortune 500 company like Meta and posting porn on the internet that can be traced back to you do not go together.
