Crazily enough he was decent before the tattoos, but not fine af. He only thinks he fine cause he light skinned. Them eyebrows are not it, the smile cool.
ulovinit, by contrast, doesn't look dirty except when he open his mouth but I'm not a fan of certain types of grills or whatever that is. He's just a normal looking dude otherwise, standard hood boy. Their facial structure isn't that different from eachother.
The only real difference is the face tatts, grill and skin tone. A person's skin tone doesn't make them look "dirty"

Since you mentioned it. Skin tones ALONE doesn't make someone look dirty. But when combined with other things it can make for one dirty looking mf. Ulovinit always looks sweaty and like he would be sticky if you touch him. I'm not saying he ugly. I've seen him cleaned up head to toe and I like that version of him.

A person's skin tone does not make them look dirty at all, that feels racists. I will say that having spots of hyper pigmentation can... but that's a different thing all together.
And lets say different strokes for different folks because Ulovinit just looks hood to me. When he sweaty, he just looks like a sweaty dude, not a dirty one. I like it when guys drip sweat tho so that's a bias on my part. The only time I think he looks dirty is with that shitty grill he likes or when he's wearing dirty/raggedy clothes.
But they both have clear skin. To me Gak's tatts are fucking him over, while Ulovinit's tatts compliment his skin tone and body type.
But I also don't like face tatts like that either...
