It certainly isnt the same with guys wearing their jeans and joggers low giving a low gusset and saggy bottom even nif it does show a hint of pubic hair - apparel has to be work figure hugging showing a decent bulge in the front and pert bum cheeks.

Yes, cut so short in the rise the rise that even when pulled up as far as they will go (highlighting a great big bulge!) you still can't avoid showing pubes (and a bit of shaft is even better) and some crack.
