It’s very common for Lars Von Trier to use porn star body doubles. Charlotte Gainsbourg, Shia LaBeouf, Uma Thurman, Stellan Skarsgård and Christian Slater are all doubled for this film. Similar to Antichrist by Von Trier with Gainsbourg and Willem Dafoe using body doubles for the sex scene. However for that one, Von Trier said he had to as Dafoe apparently is so well packing he thought it was distracting.
