I’m afraid to admit that I’m well overdue for a self exam of my balls. I did one tonight after a shower and everything seems alright. But to be fair, I’ve never really done much to exam before. My testicles are normal sized and aren’t painful. They’re smooth and egg shaped. At the top of the left one, though, there’s this bundle of what feels like fat. It’s squishy and oddly shaped with ridges. Is that normal at the top, in front? The right testicle doesn’t have that: just the tubes that I know are supposed to be there.

I'd suggest to break the statistic of a typical guy and ask your doctor lol.

Seriously it's not even an odd thing to ask of them but men tend to let things go until it's too late.

Good luck though. It's probably nothing but since you don't know for sure, get a medical professional to confirm.

I’ve felt something similar, and my doctor confirmed it was a cyst that wasn’t dangerous. But the key thing is what the last poster said — see a doctor! This is a routine thing for them.
