Using a cock ring with penis pump?

No cock rings. I always suggest hot towel wraps before and after each pump round.

I've used an electric heating pad wrapped around the tube while I'm in it. I guess I'm to lazy or crunched for time to heat before and after.

I know this is an old therad but I use an elastic one most of the time when pumping. It helps keep my cock nice and big plus it feels great when you slide off the pumping tube. Just seeing your swollen member is a big turn-on too.

I use a lot of lube and very carefully extract myself!

I’ve done it with a ring at my base before, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Makes it harder to get a good seal and it doesn’t feel great. Haha.

If you are circumcised and you find that the end of your foreskin is really swelling up and looking like a fat lip when your done pumping you could try putting one of those stretchy silicone rings at the base of your head. (Nothing too tight) This, for me anyway, yields the most aesthetically pleasing result. Prevents the foreskin from swelling too much.

A tight soft gasket on the end of the pump already acts somewhat as a ring... anything that further constricts the base of the penis is counterproductive to pumping, which is for expansion, not constriction.
