Interesting anecdote: I think Chaucer's era was when cunt was last acceptable actually it was tabooish by skaespeare time and is recently becoming more acceptable than it was last century. The Wife of Bath is always going on about her "queynte" Mouth like a sewer (if they had themm and din't shit out the window back then).
