I guess he's saying that people who identify as they/them are developmentally deficient as regards their sexual preference, identity or behaviours... though not wanting to correct his spelling being he's a grown adult male who can clearly communicate complex ideas, I actually think he's saying they/them people are not readily susceptible to sex, then contradicting himself in the same unpunctuated sentence by stating "anything about that is just stupid" so I agree his statement is indeed stupid.
