I’ve not really looked much into that game and was wondering what all happens in that game action?

Basically think the sims but you can do more stuff like fishing gardening etc and you do quests with various disney characters like Simba, Jack skellington etc and you unlock different areas

Fair point. The primary characters you're supposed to connect to are the Traveler and the heads of each in-game region as their stories unfold... and the big bad(s) maybe.

Some party members are more engaging in the voice acting and sub-plot than the others. Since these are gacha games, there's a trade-off between narrative depth and collecting them all (mitigated somewhat if you're staying free-to-play).

Combat and exploration drive the game. So if you enjoy that and some team strategy, give it a shot.
