He has a son and at some point during his time with Bel Ami he's had a girlfriend (for all I know he could still have one), so probably more likely bi than gay, possibly gay-for-pay.

Not like they could stop him. Viggo's posted pictures of his son (along with the rest of his family) once or twice in his Instagram stories. He seems to be the one using his account if his Instagram story Q&As are any indication.

Found Rhys' private account a while ago (forgot the username and I lost my bookmark) and he had a girlfriend/wife with a toddler. Paul Cassidy (although technically he quits Belami now) was expecting last time I heard. George Duroy (forgot if it was him or someone else or even Belami) also said at one year the studio had three child births from their performers' partners. Belami performers having kids is actually more common than most people think.
