From what I know of Bulgarian men from visiting Ptown in the summer (historically, many of them came there to work), they are friendly and flirty. However, their home country is very homophobic. So if he is bi or curious, he would have to be very careful.
He is straight! I have been to Bulgaria 4 times. Sunny beach, Varna, Soziopol and Sofia. Never had a problem. Nice people, but then again I'm not "gay, proud and loud" lol.
Every year I am on vacation in Bulgaria and I have not had any problems. I had few str8 guys who destroyed my ass there (escorts). All the guys even on the street were tall muscular and tattooed. I was wondering why. If someone knows why pls tell me ... Is full body tattoo a thing there?

Perhaps it sounds that way, but not really. That depends on your definition of "alpha male" . First of all, I am gay myself. I got an excellent "gaydar". Any gay traits like certain gestures, eye movements and facial expressions that 99.9% of gay men have, completely ruins my attraction to those men that might otherwise have many masculine features. I pick up on these almost imidietly. I have yet to be wrong about my assumptions. This guy has an alpha male energy that makes him extremely attractive to me. It would shake my perception and world view to the core if he turnéd out to be gay.

While you're trying to figure out whether a man's facial expression is masculine 10 out of 10 or 9 out of 10, the world moves on (without you).
1. Being gay doesn't mean to be less masculine, there are an awful lot of gay men who are much more masculine than those who are straight.
2. Being attracted to a man whose behaviour is socially perceived as masculine is totally normal, cause that's someone's taste. Creating an idea of how a "real man" has got to be, being obsessed by that and classifying men's behaviours and facial expressions based on a level of masculinity is toxic and dystopian.
3. Someone's sexuality is a made by lots of shades, so most likely many of the "real men" you're attracted to and would want to breed you are not straight, and, now hold on tight, some of them are 100% gay
4. You have a problem: internalized homophobia, please open your mind or get help.

I said absolutely nothing about gay men not being capable of masculinity. You did! But even the most masculine gay guys and most feminine straight guys, I can easily separate from their counterparts. I don't assume such, I get it confirmed.
Neither did I say anything about socially perceived ideas of masculinity or what a "real man" is. That's a terminology I do not like!
I said Vlad has an alpha male wibe that in my opinion only hypermasculine straight guys are capable of. You and I might have very different opinions of what constitutes an "alpha male".
And yes there are gay guys I find attractive, but nowhere near the straight alpha male guys on my list of favorites, which is a very short list. These men are straight! Period! And I certainly don't want to "breed" them, I worship them! That means putting my ego aside and putting my focus on what they want, not what I want!
Now I do agree that I have internalized homophobia. I am very aware of it, but it has manifested itself too strongly within me. I might sometimes try to think my way out of it, that I shouldn't be turned off or get feelings if disgust as I see a man with certain feminine gestures, facial expressions and what I like to call typical gay eyes and gay mouths, but my subconscious doesn't agree with my conscious brain. My dick definitely does not agree with my conscious brain either, so why should I waste my time crying about it? I prefer to live in reality and appreciate straight men for what they are and not get some delusional expectations about them like so MANY MANY other gay guys! That is far more problematic and are in fact contributing to more homophobia than anything I do!
The only thing that would truly change my ideas on a deeper level would be to be convinced that I am wrong, and so far I have been right every damn time!
