VPL - Visible Penis Line

Being uncut, i used to notice that i never gave VPL (where you can see the outline of the shaft and head) when i would wear gym shorts or gray sweat pants like some guys would (I was jealous). I used to think that maybe I wasn’t “hung” when soft, but I still have an impressive bulge I show off.

After tons of research (hooking up with guys), I have a theory. I think that those who sport a VPL through their clothing, vs those who don’t, come down to whether you are cut-vs-uncut. Cut guys tend to have a more pronounced head, while having foreskin usually smooths out your shaft and head, especially when soft.

Anyone else notice this or know of another explanation?

Yes a circumcised "mushroom" head would show the ridge of the glans more clearly than with a hooded foreskin. But, as for total visible penis line: length, girth, texture, there are some other factors to consider. I have often seen a clearly defined flaccid dick on guys at the gym under their sweatpants or compression shorts. Or a "chubby fat" stubby penis bouncing around or sticking out straight, and being cut or uncut probably makes little difference in this case

From my experience at the gym/swimming pool, the minority of Arab guys, who are all circumcised, you can clearly see the head compare to the majority of uncut European. It's really exciting to be able to see it cause they are so prudish but can't hide their big glans lol

Over the years I've known a handful of guys who are definitely bigger than average, one with extremely low hangers, and one cut,yet its little old me shows the bulge when dressed,
I've noticed it may be because if they wear underwear they put to side or down leg, if they don't wear any it's just down ,
