i have a cost effective option: change the chair for a large medicine ball, and bounce on it as you can. About every other hour, do 2 sets of 10 hip thrusts using your upper back/shoulders as the fulcrum with the ball. be sure you're on the ball of your foot when you're doing this, it should feel like you're making a bridge... hmn an image link should help some...
