my 30th birthday party we had a "rollerskate disco theme." Long story short... My brother in law fell and cut his hand open 
822 stitches the day of the accident and 2 surgeries later he's okay 
but a full party in drag would be exciting

Well, they are dangerous those things, especially when you don't know how they operate. I had my fair share of rollerskate accidents, but nothing that needed stitching. Now, I am not going or would want anyone to go, anywhere near anything dangerous or sharp. I am very glad your in-law is ok now, but I hope that accident did not scar him forever...That sounds safe and amazing
Drag is the safest of celebrations, and still have 11 years to make it even more safe...
