Eh. Straight guys' brains work a lot differently than others. He fully could've taken this thinking "omg look at how tiny and ridiculous these clothes look" and not "damn these thighs could bust a watermelon" like you thought.

I love that he's begun to embrace his hairy chest this past year or so. Drives me wild. With those beard genetics I'd always suspected he had potential but the way he went from baby smooth to fully covered so abruptly only confirmed that he'd been shaving all along and I, for one, am grateful that the stopped.
Sure, he trims it down from time to time but whenever I catch a glimpse after he's let it grown out for a while I can barely contain myself.
