I'd say any encounter that involved one or more people where they interacted with your naked and erect penis (orgasm or not).

So for me, 10 for intercourse, 1 oral/manual, and 2 more for hand-jobs only. Of course I've been erect but clothed with every woman I've ever had any kind of romantic or sexual contact with, even if we never got sexually intimate. In my late teens (18+) and 20s, just taking to a woman I was interested in usually resulted in me getting an erection!
